I did a manicure and the next day my nail broke the store was closed the day after and I was busy the couple days after that when I went to the store to show them that my manicure was fading my nails were broken the lady told me that it was my fault because I use my hands she said usually gel takes 2 weeks mine didn't take 2 days then she got upset that I came to the store to tell her in front of her clients I was supposed to call her she accepted to fix one nail but look at the picture the manicure was expensive and stayed not even a week my nail broke the next day am so disappointed thank God I took a picture with the date to show her

I am very disappointment in this entire establishment. I have booked countless appointments with them over the years, and accepted their tardiness, appointment mixups, expectation of tips when prices were increased, etc. Today, is where I draw the line. I called yesterday for a nail appointment for noon today. When I showed up, one of the employees was very curt with me. I asked her which colour best matched my inspiration picture. As my appointment was with her. When I went to sit down, she told me to wait. It was now 12:22. Their were no other clients. She went back to her seat and was scrolling on her phone completely ignoring me. The owner was doing my mother's pedicure and was coming up with excuses. The employee was speaking in vietnamese to the owner. Which is a common occurrence, and impolite as customers do not know what is being said. Then she went to the backroom. I would have to wait until other employee was finished with his client. I could not believe this. I was being refused service and would have to wait, again. Therefore, I left. During my mother's service the owner was coming up with excuses, that I did not like this employee, she even texted me to come to the appointment a little earlier but I was driving and on the way. Is this the behaviour of someone who does not like someone. I booked the appointment with her and did not ask for anyone else. The employee was still in the backroom. This is not professional in the slightest. Nor, will I be returning back. I am not one who usually leaves reviews but I have had enough. People cannot treat you badly, not respect your time, and expect you to come back. I do think the male employee is very professional. That being said, I work hard for my money, and getting my nails done is not a every month occurrence. My money will be good somewhere else. If I could given them less than a star review for professionalism I would. Maybe if you enjoy that your appointment is not respected, that you are made to wait without explanation, that the owner can't even demand professionalism from her employees then maybe this is a place for you.

I have been visiting Rosier for a year, now, and have had Nini as my nail tech for 2.5 years. Everyone at Rosier is very kind and knows my name when I come in. If Nini is very busy, someone else will help get me started and soak my nails while Nini finishes with the other customer. I almost always get powder dip and it is always perfection. Nini has an incredible attention to detail and I appreciate it so much. She is careful to ensure that my nails will grow out well and won’t get caught on my hair in the shower (iykyk). Nini also does a wonderful pedicure for men and women. She has completely changed my husband’s icky feet into something far more attractive. My pedicure polish lasts for more than a week, usually 2, every time. Reading some reviews, I saw a couple with lower scores that had racist undertones or were outright racist (admonishing people for speaking in their own language sometimes?). I have seen this staff monthly for years and have literally never seen them be snotty, rude, or disrespectful to a diverse clientele - age, gender identity, race, language, etc. I question the behavior and attitudes of those reviewers who have taken issue with the folks at Rosier.

I went in this morning at 10:45 without an appointment. I was greeted right away and only had to wait 5 minutes for service. They clearly did me a favor because they started to get busy soon after and their phone rings off the hook. Really happy with my pedicure and the price point is competitive. Thank you to the girl in the light pink hoodie :) I'll be back!

Super experience all around. Eva did my pedicure with a wonderful massage on my legs. Gorgeous gel color to top it off. Extremely satisfied customer!
